DURECT公司,产品质量的评估包括每个批号聚合物的全面分析。聚合物的每个批次在装运之前都会检验,并附产品分析证明书。伯明翰聚合物公司的主要分析指标包括FTIR或'H-NMR的签定、固有粘性、共聚物的单体比例、残留的Sn2(催化剂中的残留 )、微生物杂质(全部的需氧菌、厌氧菌及孢子),以及热原(LAL)。其他分析结果可根据客户要求提供,包括金属残留和分子比重等。
